The 8 Biblical Modes
A complete map of the ways God speaks — so guidance can be recognized, not guessed.
The problem it solves
Most believers want to hear God but were never taught the patterns of His voice. Without a map, every impression feels equally uncertain — and people either chase every feeling or dismiss them all. Naming the modes makes recognition teachable.

Scripture spine
The biblical anchors this framework rests on.
- John 10:27
- Psalm 119:105
- John 16:13
- 1 John 4:1
How to use this
- Teach the modes as a shared vocabulary so your people can name what they are sensing.
- Anchor every mode to Scripture — Scripture governs all the others.
- Use it as an inventory: which modes has your community grown deaf to?
